BIG, FAT AND PUSHY
It doesn’t look like a fern, but those long, branched leaves growing out of the ‘basal shield’ are actually fronds. Staghorns are tropical epiphytes and naturally grow on tree trunks or walls. Attach one to any structure by driving a couple of clout nails through the shield – about halfway between the edges and centre – into a slab of untreated timber.
