NEW York’s legendary West Village speakeasy opens its fourth venture in Hong Kong this summer. A year after its Singapore counterpart opened – which won a place on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list – the cool drinks and dinner den has arrived in entertainment hub Lan Kwai Fong. Employees Only will see veteran mixologists free-pour complex cocktails, showcasing their signature fast and lively style. Classic offerings such as “EO Gimlet” with navy-strength gin and lime will be joined by original Hong Kong influenced tipples.
