“Pentax’s KP has a compact, weather-resistant and dustproof

all-metal body with a 24.32 MP ‘APS-C’ size CMOS sensor which doesn’t have an optical low-pass filter in order to optimise resolution. The KP offers a remarkable native ISO range of 100-819,200, a ‘Pixel Shift Resolution System’ to enhance image quality, and selectable AA filter simulation settings. Additionally, it has sensor-shift image stabilisation with five-axis correction for up to five stops. While the KP’s focal plane shutter delivers a top speed of 1/6000 second, its sensor-based shutter allows shooting at up to 1/24,000 second. The KP also offers a 27-point AF system, tilt-adjustable monitor screen, novel ‘Astrotracer’ function for tracking stars, 14-bit RAW capture and built-in WiFi.”
