Legends of the race track.

In 1987 the touring car world championship was born. This turbulent and passionate competition gave rise to two legendary rivals the BMW M3 E30 and the Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500. On the track, there was little to tell them apart with only one point difference by the end of the season, leaving them in 1st and 2nd place. The BMW M3 E30, with Italian driver Roberto Ravaglia, took the win in 1987. However, Klaus Ludwig, nicknamed “King Ludwig” achieved the same results in his Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 in 1988! The driving force behind these victories was clear as both vehicles were equipped with BILSTEIN shock absorbers.
