Elite Future Bass $30

After last issue’s triumphant Underground Techno DNA (9/10), we were a bit disappointed to find that Mainroom Warehouse’s next offering is a set of seven future bass construction kits. Fortunately, they’re all incredibly well produced and satisfyingly lengthy (you get the builds, breaks, drops and main grooves), and the involved MIDI files and synth presets for Spire (80 presets), VPS-Avenger (5), Massive (2) and Serum (15) are included; but there’s no escaping the limited utility of the loops beyond aimless remixing of their seven parent tracks. www.reveal-sound.com
