32:56 Solstice’s bassline stays on the same note the whole time, so to introduce some lower-end movement Ben and Jon add a complementary synth tone. “We use Massive to make a droney sounding bass, and the patch is actually from Sample Magic’s Joey Beltram pack,” Jon reveals. The patch is run through ValhallaRoom, then high-passed with FabFilter Pro-Q to take the bottom end out. “We put that after the reverb, so it takes the low end out of the reverb as well, because we didn’t want this bass interfering with the sub.”
