This 2GB hybrid genre library marries the beats and basslines of trap to the retro synthery and manipulative stylistic approach of vaporwave. Tape saturation is deployed to great effect throughout, coming to a head in the Cassette and Warped folders, which contain a compelling assortment of messedup bits and pieces, and snippets from full mixes – we’re not sure how useful the latter will ultimately prove. The Drum, Bass, Synth, FX and Vocal Loops sections, meanwhile, are bursting with good stuff, setting this apart from the urban soundware crowd. www.samplemagic.com
