Sim­ply steam and top with but­ter, roast with pancetta or ba­con, or tuck some un­der a chicken be­fore bak­ing. Bet­ter yet, if you have some grow­ing in your gar­den, blanch the leaves be­fore stir-fry­ing with gar­lic.
