BRIGID ARNOTT
This photographer shot several stories for this issue, but the beach house on page 42 made the biggest impression.
Nine years ago, Brigid traded a career in advertising for photography and hasn’t looked back. She says the jobs she does for Country Style are “wonderful, as they’re always in beautiful parts of Australia. It’s a magazine that makes me excited to live in Australia and want to explore more of it.” Brigid shot a number of stories for this issue, including the cover and a clifftop house in Copacabana, a small beachside town close to her home on the NSW Central Coast. “I absolutely love this house. The owners have taken a very cool building and enhanced the original architecture, as opposed to covering it up. If I ever wanted to spend a slow week with a pile of unread books, this would be the place.”
