Pink grape­fruit is at its ab­so­lute best in win­ter, when the taste is as much sweet as it is tart. Juice them and serve with Cam­pari, or try seg­ments (with the bit­ter peel and pith re­moved) in a prawn and av­o­cado salad with honey and sesame seed dress­ing.
