Make an… Easter card

Step 1

WORK all the cross stitch in two strands of stranded cotton, the backstitch in one and two strands and the French knots in two strands.

Step 2

CUT around the stitching so that it fits the front of your card, with the frame around the design centrally placed on the fabric.

Step 3

FRAY two or three threads on all sides of the fabric – carefully peeling away one at a time.

Step 4

USE double-sided tape to attach the fabric firmly to the front of the card.
