Car­ni­val LNG go-ahead

CAR­NI­VAL Cor­po­ra­tion held a keel-lay­ing cer­e­mony this week to cel­e­brate the start of con­struc­tion for the first of seven next-gen­er­a­tion cruise ships to be pow­ered by liq­ue­fied nat­u­ral gas.

The AIDAnova is due to join the AIDA fleet in late 2018 and will be fully pow­ered by low-car­bon gas.
