Two more C360 panels

ATTENDEES of Cruise360 will summon confidence and courage through two expert sessions, as the industry confronts change.

Cruise Lines Internatio­nal Associatio­n’s (CLIA) two new additions to the conference program include a panel session in which cruise line sales and marketing leaders will provide insight into consumers’ changing habits and buying behaviour.

Joining the panel will be Dan Russell (Clean Cruising General Manager & Director), Kathryn Lock (Royal Caribbean Internatio­nal Director of Marketing), Chloe Jones (Princess Cruises Senior Marketing Manager), Steve Richards (Silversea Cruises Director of Sales), Lisa Teiotu (MSC Cruises Commercial Director Australia & New Zealand), and Matt Vince (Regent Seven Seas Cruises Director of Marketing).

This session will include an overview of global trends presented by Google Industry Manager Travel Henry Meagher.

There will also be a ‘Turning Obstacles into Opportunit­ies’ panel with Heidi Denning, who will offer self-leadership strategies to help travel advisors overcome obstacles and seize new opportunit­ies.

Other sessions include a State of the Industry panel of cruise line heads, and a keynote presentati­on on emerging opportunit­ies by Uniworld President & Chief Executive Officer Ellen Bettridge.

The conference will also feature panel sessions exploring “new evolutions in cruising”, “the growth of experienti­al travel”, and “rebuilding the future for travel agents”.

Cruise360 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney on 25 Aug, and will include a Trade Show on the day, and a welcome cocktail party on the eve of the event.
