Making A Statement

The bold oval-shaped character of Tim Rundle’s 2017 Michelle mirror series for SP01 has now made its way into a collection of chairs. The Michelle chair and stool collection was launched during Milan Design Week earlier this year. Pictured here in the high-back version, with the distinctive oval shape. Michelle is also produced with a lower circular back and as a stool. Arranged around a dining table, the pure geometry of Michelle will – in repetition – reference the arches of classical colonnades. The chairs are available with or without upholstery, and with their tubular steel frames finished in Satin Black, Glossy Red, Black Chrome or Gold Chrome. The seat and back are made with ash plywood.
