Fulcrum’s rim shape is a little sharper than some of the more rounded competition, making them more lively in strong winds, but the 40mm Racing Quattro Cs are taut and accurate with excellent braking. At 1460g they’re in a competitive ballpark, but aren’t tubeless compatible.
