The sharp-looking Tono is a lightweight race-cut jersey that’s made in Italy. Santini uses its cool and highly breathable Sesia micro-mesh for the main panels on the front and rear along with smooth Arctic Lycra on the sleeves and side panels, which work well to keep you cool in warm weather. Three large easy-access pockets make for an easy life in the saddle and we had no issues with the silicone-coated hem riding up. As can be the case with some Italian apparel it comes up small so you might need to size up. We also found the elastic sleeve hems on the tight side, but it’s a solid lightweight performer.
