The fitted lens is photochromic, which adjusts the tint depending on the conditions, with the second lens clear - when you just want to protect your peepers from detritus or for foul-weather riding. The lenses are vented, with the clear lens also getting an anti-fog finish and ‘super’-hydrophobic coating. It’s the usual struggle to swap lenses, and the photochromic lens doesn’t have as wide a range as some – 22-32 per cent – but we found it fine for bright spring days. They come with a small and practical box, too.
