JUST LANDED UVEX EDAERO
The £189.99 EDAero is German brand Uvex’s take on an aero road helmet. It claims to have combined the aero advantage of a traditional time trial helmet with the comfort and ventilation of a lightweight road helmet, hence the EDAero name (Every Day Aero). At 270g it’s light for this type of lid, with a claimed saving of 1 minute 25 seconds over 40km at 38kph over a traditional helmet. We’ll be putting the EDAero to the test in an upcoming issue.
