1 Bring a pan of spaghetti to the boil 2 Fry the crushed garlic cloves and pine nuts in olive oil 3 Drain the cooked spaghetti. Add the spaghetti, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper to the frying pan 4 Serve with a garnish of extra parsley and grated Parmesan
