One bike or n+1?

I have a few! I’ve quite a growing collection. There’s nothing too unusual in there – they’re fairly standard road bikes. I’ve a Typhoon motorassisted bike, which I did the St Tropez to Monaco ride on and a Giant for that 322km monster.

Long rides or short?

Long. It’s how I find my motivation. Training for the latest charity ride pushes me to get on my bike and practise a bit more. But for me it goes way beyond fitness, it includes other things like sleep and nutrition as well.

Modern Formula 1 - hot or not?

Racing in F1 is a complicated business now and I am not very happy about it. The regulations make it so confusing - the drivers and the engineers are not pleased about it. The sport lacks a bit of passion these days.
