ONE EXERCISE YOU MUST DO THIS MONTH
LIE BACK
To activate the transversus abdominis (TVA) lie on your back with you arms above your head, holding a fixed point or band. Exhale and flatten the lower back into the floor.
HIP FLEX
Hold this position with your feet raised and knees bent at 90 degrees. Flex one hip while extending the other. Return and repeat for 20 reps.
SWITCH IT
Switch from right leg extended to the left, keep the hip flexed, your core engaged and repeat for 20 reps.
