WEIGHT 21.5kg FLY WHEEL WEIGHT Virtual CASSETTE INCLUDED No NOISE 58dB

The space-age looking Neo 2T is ground-breaking in both appearance and in terms of the ride feel it offers. Setup is just a case of unfolding and plugging it in. In use, the footprint is 75cm long x 58cm wide and it stands at 55cm tall.

The Neo 2T freehub works with Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM cassettes covering 8- to 12-speed setups. It can handle regular quick release sizes along with 142mm and 148mm thru-axles.

Connectivity couldn’t have been quicker or more simple, making for an easy life. Unlike the other trainers, the Neo 2T uses a virtual flywheel with no belt and the cassette directly drives the motor unit that is used to apply resistance. This means the Neo 2T can be used without plugging it in to an electrical power

source. Everything will work apart from descent simulation when freewheeling.

Once clipped in, the unit is extremely stable and the ride feel is like no other. The Neo 2T also simulates a wide range of surfaces, including cobblestones, gravel and dirt roads. It’s truly different and in a very positive way. Once again, this is thanks to the virtual flywheel.

It offers a maximum power of 2200 watts and is within two per cent accuracy. It can also handle climbs of up to 25 per cent. Again, that's impressive – as is the low noise level here. It’s almost silent.

The Neo 2T is certainly novel and lives up to its high price delivering an innovative and fun-to-use trainer. It’s an outstanding purchase, if you have the cash, of course.
