FOUR ESSENTIALS
01 MEGMEISTER WOVEN JERSEY £119
The woven material that makes up Megmeister’s jersey was developed in a wind tunnel and a climate chamber to ensure that the uniquely textured material regulates heat and wicks moisture, providing a true aero advantage. It’s also eco-friendly as the material is woven from regenerated polyester sources rather than virgin material.
02 SILCA ITALIAN ARMY KNIFE VENTI £26
The VENTI (that’s 20 in Italian) packs flat and comes with pretty much every tool you’ll ever need for roadside fixes and repairs. It includes 2/2.5/3/4/5/6/8mm hex keys, 8/10/20/25 Torx bits, Philips and flat drivers, a 7mm box wrench, 8mm flare nut wrench, 10mm spanner, disc-pad spreader, valve-core remover, spoke keys and even a magnetic spot to hold a chain connector.
03 FENWICKS PROFESSIONAL PROTECTIVE COATING £11.99
This post-wash spray from Fenwicks provides a laquer-like coating to your bike’s paint job. On a clean, dry bike, spray evenly and leave for 30 seconds then buff with a lint-free cloth.
Fenwicks tells us it’s safe on gloss, matt, satin and powder-coat finishes, as well as polished, anodised and stainless.
Fenwicks claims one treatment is good for up to six months.
04 TORQ HYDRATION BOT TLE £7.99
TORQ’s hypotonic drink rehydrates faster than an electrolyte tablet thanks to 15g of multi-transportable carbs in every 500ml sachet. Talking of transportable, this sampler from TORQ squeezes six sachets (two x tangerine, lemon and watermelon) into a 500ml TORQ bottle.
It’s a top-value way to try out TORQ’s new range of flavours.
