Our 10-year-old had a cou­ple of mates com­ing over and de­cided he wanted to cook for them. Har­ri­son loves his pork, so Colin Fassnidge’s crispy pork shoul­der (Meat Mar­ket, June 17, p 46) was just the ticket. The dish was easy enough for him to han­dle, and with Dad mak­ing a sauce we had a sen­sa­tional meal. Thanks
