It’s not unusual for us to plan that night’s dinner while we are eating breakfast; our holidays revolve around restaurant bookings; and we’ve been known to read cookbooks in bed. Being able to share this enthusiasm for food in our second book is a wonderful privilege. Most of the recipes here are very quick and easy to make, but a few take a little more time – we guarantee they are worth the effort.
