MAKE THEM LAST

First off, when you’re selecting cucumbers, choose crisp bright-green examples that are free from any soft spots. Cucumbers prefer to be kept as dry as possible, as moisture can encourage mould growth. Store them wrapped in paper towel and placed in an open plastic bag at the bottom of the fridge. They should keep for 5-7 days.
