How do we cope with these crazy times? For me, I’m cooking up a storm. My go-to recipe collection is a whole bunch of delicious. magazines that I have lovingly hoarded for years. The latest issues, along with my older favourites, have kept me happy in the kitchen, trying out new recipes I’d passed over and bringing back the goodies I’d stopped making. My husband and kids are ecstatic about the amount of baking, and I’m enjoying having the time to cook. I love the simplicity of ingredients and the methods, and the in-season approach to all your recipes.
