Thyme: Use in casseroles, soups and pasta sauces.

Pars­ley: Add to dress­ing and sal­sas. Dill: De­li­cious with seafood and le­mon, or in dress­ings or pasta sauce. Coleslaw: Put on your sand­wich as an al­ter­na­tive to salad leaves.

Or­ange juice: Use in dress­ings or with salt-re­duced soy sauce, gar­lic, gin­ger and chilli for a stir-fry sauce. Egg­plant: Per­fect in a bolog­nese. Av­o­cado: Throw into sal­ads or spread on your wrap or sand­wich. Cu­cum­ber: Chop up and munch for a quick and healthy snack.

Kale: For a snack, re­move cen­tre stalk and shred. Spray with oil, sea­son and bake in a 170°C oven for 10 min­utes.
