Put 90g (1 cup) rolled oats and 250ml (1 cup) low-fat milk in a medium bowl. Cover with plas­tic wrap and put in fridge overnight. To serve, stir in 40g (1/4 cup) low-fat vanilla yo­ghurt. Chop 1/2 mango, re­move pulp from 3 pas­sion­fruit and chop 125g straw­ber­ries. Stir half the fruit into the muesli mix­ture. Di­vide muesli be­tween serv­ing bowls. Top with re­main­ing fruit, 2 tsp honey and 2 tsp pump­kin seeds. Serves 2.
