Explanation helpful
Having been obese for quite a long time, I now know the importance of eating the right kind of food. What I never knew was the real difference between diabetes type 1 and type 2, but in the March/April 2018 issue, it has been well explained. I just hope that I, being from a family whose genetic background is full of people with diabetes and other ailments, do not get it.
It is a real pleasure to read your magazine and I will definitely try those mouthwatering recipes.
