STEP 1

MAKE EVEN CUTS

For fast and even cook­ing, it’s im­por­tant to cut the meat and

veg­eta­bles into sim­i­lar-size pieces. Par­tially freeze the meat to make it eas­ier to thinly slice.

KEEP IT MOV­ING

Stir-fry­ing uses very high heat to quickly cook the in­gre­di­ents. You must stir the in­gre­di­ents con­stantly to keep them

from burn­ing.

STEP 3

FIN­ISH WITH SAUCE

Have all in­gre­di­ents ready to add to the wok when needed. Fin­ish with the sauce, stir­ring to coat all

the in­gre­di­ents.
