GREEN BEANS AND RADISHES

Bring a small saucepan of wa­ter to the boil. Add 350g green beans, trimmed, and cook for 2-3 min­utes or un­til ten­der crisp. Drain well.

Toss beans with 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced into rounds. Driz­zle over the juice of ½ lemon. Sea­son with pep­per.
