GREEN BEANS AND RADISHES

Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. Add 350g green beans, trimmed, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain well.

Toss beans with 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced into rounds. Drizzle over the juice of ½ lemon. Season with pepper.
