Some fruit and veg is best eaten raw – but with other pro­duce, our bod­ies ab­sorb more of cer­tain nu­tri­ents af­ter light cook­ing. How­ever, fruit and veg al­ways of­fers im­por­tant ben­e­fits like fi­bre, no mat­ter how you choose to eat it.
