4 CHAIR PULL AND PRESS

Get on your knees facing stable furniture. Close to the chair, place hands about shoulder width apart, arms extended. Sit back on heels, stretching back and arms. Push into hands and pull forward to raise your body up and toward the chair. Use arm strength (not legs or hips) to rise. Once you’re upright, lean forward and lower your body towards the chair by bending elbows (doing a push-up). Repeat.
