Lomography all set to launch convertible art lens system after Kickstarter campaign

AS you read this, Lomography will have achieved its goal of raising $100,000 for its seventh Kickstarter

project. The Neptune Convertible Art Lens System is a single-lens system consisting of a lens base in either a Canon EF, a Nikon F or a Pentax K mount, plus a set of interchangeable front lenses that attach to the base. Lomography is going to make three lenses available at launch – 35mm f/3.5, 50mm f/2.8 and 80mm f/4 – with backers on Kickstarter deciding which focal length Lomography will be creating next, as well as saving up to 45 per cent on the price of a Neptune system (which is currently pitched at $990).
