Render a Lens Flare

Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare; set Brightness to 140% and select your preferred Lens Type. 35mm Prime is always a good option, but it’s all about personal taste really. Now drag the black cross over the area where the lightburst was created – in this case the top right-hand corner. When finished, click OK to close the dialog box.
