New Pentax lenses
Manufacturer announces optics that can be used on forthcoming ‘flagship’ DSLR
Proving there’s still plenty of life in the DSLR format yet, the Japanese manufacturer has announced two new lenses – both of which will be compatible with the brand’s forthcoming ‘flagship’ APS-C DSLR. The new optics comprise one lens for full-frame bodies – the FA 21mm Limited (aperture TBC) – plus the APS-C compatible DA* 16-50mm f/2.8. The new lenses join the FA* 85mm f/1.4ED SDM AW, announced in March. A new lens roadmap notes that two more as-yet-unnamed lenses are still to come. ricoh-imaging.eu; £TBC/$TBC
