Chocolate Fudge Sauce

160 grams butter, chopped

160 grams dark chocolate (72% cocoa), chopped

160 grams golden syrup

⅓ cup cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir until melted and smooth. If making ahead, gently rewarm to serve.
