Italian doctors are forced to invent a new tool to remove a giant dildo stuck inside 31-year-old man’s butt. The man admits he had tried unsuccessfully to dislodge it for 24 hours before seeking help. The specially created kit involved a catheter and noose-type instrument, which managed to sucker the 23cm long pleasure toy from his person.
