Bringing back the bowser boy service

-

If you often drive on Fitzroy or Cobra Streets, you will have noticed Inland Petroleum have rebranded the BP service station site opposite Elston Park.

No longer under the BP banner, Inland Petroleum is now proudly and fully independent, realising a long term goal of owner Paul Mccallum.

Over the coming months all seven of Inland Petroleum’s service stations will become completely independent.

These are located across the region in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Cobar, Narromine, Gunnedah, Barraba, Gulargambone and Walgett; a truly local, regional business.

Becoming an independent is also a huge positive for Inland customers. It means Inland Petroleum is not tied to a big corporate or locked in to buying their fuel at their prices. Inland now has a greater buying power. “We can buy fuel for the best price from all the big corporates like Shell, BP and Mobil. And not just the one,” explains Paul. “These savings will be passed onto our customers at the bowser.

Each of the Inland sites are renowned for something, whether it’s Cobar and their fresh quality food or Narromine for its gourmet burgers. “We have been overwhelmed with the response we have received with the bowser boy service - it has been hugely positive,” he said.
