Compassion Day at Dubbo Christian School

YEAR 11 students at Dubbo Christian School were given their first opportunity to take on a collective leadership role as the senior year group on Friday, July 6, when they assisted in the operation of ‘Compassion Day’ at their school.

Funds raised from the various activities throughout the day went to child sponsorship organisation Compassion Australia for the provision of toothbrushes to children in need; with the aim being to assist in the improvement of their dental health, which in turn improves general health.

Dubbo Christian School students wore out-of-uniform clothing with blue and white colours, which are the colours of Compassion Australia.
