One of VR’s greatest gaming applications is putting you in a very fast car, and

DriveClubVR is a convincing demonstration of that fact. It’s not quite as beautiful as the original game looks on a 1080p screen, and some of the effects have been dialed back to achieve a reprojected 120fps (the standard game runs at 30fps, remember), but it’s unmistakably DriveClub. Inspecting cars’ interiors and exteriors is a joy, and overtaking another car while looking out of your side window while bidding them goodbye is an experience no one should miss.
