NOMAD SOUL

-

The hand-drawn character models might be static, but the world buzzes with life – partly thanks to regular reminders that life goes on whether you’re present or not. Some of your fellow wanderers will show up at different places, yet a single discordant dialogue might be all you see of an enigmatic stranger. You’ll hear whispers of secrets and be notified of events at different towns, yet you won’t be able to make all of them – even when informed of a route that cuts down your journey time. And yet you’ll rarely miss out entirely: at every stop, people are discussing what’s happened since you were last there. All of which, naturally, encourages repeat runs – and at around three hours per playthrough, you’ll be more than happy to return.
