HOROSCOPES

-

MAR 20 – APR 19

How much do you want something? Enough to pay any price for it, even if it means going without other things you enjoy? Enough to reject the advice of friends, who plead with you not to waste your money, or to go against your own principles and ethics? Whatever it is, it’s got you hooked – but hold out until April and you’ll see it differently, and make a choice that’s informed by good sense rather than just desire.

APRIL 20 – MAY 20 TAURUS

You have two opportunities to make a key move in the next few weeks. In the first one, it will be for you alone; in the second, there will be lots of support from friends. The second one may seem better, but all that encouragement may well change your ideas and your direction. To keep the purity of your original idea, act first, on your own – and tell your friends later.

MAY 21 – JUNE 21 GEMINI

This is a crucial time for your career development, but also a very fluid and fastchanging one, and you may well go from a position where you feel you have to leave, to one where you are eager to stay – or vice versa. Nothing is fixed, and everything is negotiable, so keep the dialogue going. What you agree to in the end may be quite different from your original wish list, but it will still be good.

JUNE 22 – JULY 22 CANCER

If you are asked to do extra work, you usually agree. If you have doubts about anything, you keep them to yourself. But there are limits, and this month you reach them. You’re already doing more than enough, and you say so. Nobody is more astonished at this than you are. You never knew you could say such things; but it feels so satisfying when you do.

JULY 23 – AUGUST 22 LEO

It’s always good to get one project finished before the next one starts. Right now you are working hard to get two things done, and very soon; but there is a third one just about to start and you can already see it approaching. Will you complete the first two before the new one starts demanding your attention? Or at least get them to a position where you can safely leave them for a while? Yes, but only just. Hurry!

AUGUST 23 – SEPTEMBER 22 VIRGO

It’s never too late to rescue a relationship. Even if you’re at the stage where you’re going to meet for coffee to say the affair is over, it’s still possible to change your mind. If you do end it and walk away, the planets will give you another chance a few days later – which makes you wonder if this is all part of a longer journey, and that you’re better together than apart. It seems so.

SEPTEMBER 23 – OCTOBER 23 LIBRA

It looks like you’ve got yourself back into an old argument in a relationship. You know how it goes, and you know how it usually ends, too. Can you find a new angle, or a way to break the deadlock? Perhaps – but if you’re ready to try something new, there’s an open door elsewhere in your life, leading to a very different future, which so far you’ve ignored. New faces, new places; it could be just what you need.

OCTOBER 24 – NOVEMBER 22 SCORPIO

Your approach to life is often like that of a poker player. You prefer the other person to show you their cards first, whenever possible, and not to reveal your own. In the next few weeks, however, you will be forced by external circumstances on two separate occasions to reveal your intentions and step forward openly. Should you worry? If you are confident in yourself and your abilities, then no, not at all.

NOVEMBER 23 – DECEMBER 21 SAGITTARIUS

There are so many options right now; it’s hard to know which to choose. They all seem good, and even when you make a shortlist, your selection is different each time. But there’s one option that always makes it onto the list that you never reject completely, no matter how appealing the others are. It may have taken you until now to recognise it, but that’s the one.

DECEMBER 22 – JANUARY 19 CAPRICORN

A long-term project is entering its final stages. You’ve already achieved a great deal and another big effort might take you even higher. But why bother, you think, if it’s more or less over, and there’s no future in it? Because, like scoring the winning goal in the final minutes of the game, it will put your name on everyone’s lips – and that will boost your value when you move on.

JANUARY 20 – FEBRUARY 18 AQUARIUS

Pioneers and innovators always say that if you can imagine a thing, you can do it. In your case, it’s slightly different. You must not only be able to imagine a different future for yourself, but you must also believe in it and take its values to heart, which may be different from what you are used to. Can you do that? And if you did, would you see that as moving with the times, or betraying all that you had stood for?

FEBRUARY 19 – MARCH 19 PISCES

In some ways the next few weeks will be the most demanding and emotional of the whole year; but they will also be the most productive, honest, and when you look back, satisfying. By the end, you will have torn away all the things in your life you don’t need or like, leaving only those which are true and worth keeping. You will feel much lighter – and happier, too.
