I’m a bit of a sucker for things that look snazzy for a decent amount of dollar, which is why these middle ground Alpinestars are an awesome pick for a race glove on a (reasonable) budget. Being CE Certified Level 1 with an array of safety features including the Alpinestars Dynamic Friction Shield, they offer heaps of protection while still looking as good as they feel – which is a hard thing to find, especially in the glove department. They do take a long time to bed in and I had to go a size up from my usual Alpinestars fitment, but now they feel pretty bloody awesome. They haven’t been down the road just yet but they’ve held up for a load of miles, and there's no sign of wear or fraying of stitching. Happy days.
