GRIPES

There are a few gripes thatt Daytona owners have which aren’t majorm issues, but are worth checking out. The reg/rec is a weak pointt ( it was improved on post-2009 moodels), the engine can burn a bit of oil so check its level and ask the owner if theyt top it up between services andd the occasional cam chain tensionert can give up. But otheer than that, the only serious conncern is the level of finish, whicch can suffer if the bike is negleected.
