The Harada R is the spear­head of ARMR’s range and is con­structed from 1.2mm to 1.4mm pre­mium grade cowhide along­side CE cer­ti­fied knee, shin, shoul­der and el­bow pro­tec­tion. The leathers have ac­tu­ally been re­designed for 2017 with neo­prene cuffs and col­lar for a more com­fort­able feel, along­side re­place­able el­bow slid­ers to keep up with cur­rent trends, which is a nice touch.

The re­mov­able liner is great for keep­ing things fresh and they do feel nice and comfy; I use an off-the-peg size (in some men­tal colours) and it fits me spot on with­out even hav­ing to be bro­ken in. They’re an awe­some sum­mer suit due to the in­cred­i­bly well ven­ti­lated chest and leg pan­els, but make sure you wrap up in some wa­ter­proofs if it’s wet; you’ll def­i­nitely be feel­ing it.
