I came along to the day mainly hoping to answer a few questions: How fit am I from just yoga practice? How fit is a profession­al racer? What could I learn and adopt in order to get back on a full fat sportsbike? And they were all answered. I think yoga has stood me very well, but I did have to cheat with smaller weights quite a bit during the day which meant I could still walk the day after and have no hip flexor problems. I’ve learnt loads, so now cycling is being added to yoga and I may even pick up some weights soon… Thanks guys.
