SEEING THE LIGHT

Well, I did it, I decided to resubscribe to FB. I did it a bit differently this time, I went digital ..... It’s not quite the same as waiting for the mag to rock up with the postman but at least I can take it with me wherever I go.

Anyway, I’d like to tell you about the amazing item I just bought

– it is bike related, honest – firstly, I’d like to say how I came across it. While being stuck at home and venturing outside numerous times over many days with a battery-powered hedge trimmer to tackle what I can only describe as a forest of conifer trees, I decided enough was enough so set out looking for a petrol hedge trimmer. As you can imagine, this got boring very quickly. My attention got diverted to slip-ons for my Dorsoduro 900; scrolling through the suggestions on Google I came across something that made me gasp aloud with excitement. It was only an electric licensed replica of my Dorsoduro!!! “The kids would love it,” I told my wife as I was pressing the ‘add to basket’ button. It’s safe to say my hedge trimmer fund has gone so my battle continues with the green side. It’s totally worth it. I’ve attached a pic for your perusal. Nothing has made me happier than when my three-year-old girl switched it into high speed mode and was leaning into the corners. Start them young!! Ben Collins FB: Firstly, glad to have you back!
