FIESTA ST

Paul bought this Fiesta ST when it was just six months old, and in the last year of ownership he’s really transformed things. “I’ve always liked Fiestas, and when I wanted something faster that I could use as my daily driver, the ST was the perfect answer,” he explains.

Although the raucous little Fiesta ST is plenty quick enough for daily duties in stock trim, Paul has seen fit to give the power a real boost, literally, with a Peron hybrid turbo upgrade! “First came the Peron Stage 1 map, followed by an ITG induction kit, R-Sport crossover pipe, uprated intercooler, and Scorpion exhaust system,” recalls Paul, “so everything was in place ready for a hybrid turbo conversion!” Impressively, Paul completed the conversion himself on his driveway. He’s also added Eibach springs, M-Tech discs, and Mintex M1144 brake pads to keep it all under control too. The final touches include a selection of extra gauges, gloss black plastics, and Work Emotion T7R alloys in contrasting white.

So what’s it like to drive with all these upgrades in place? “It’s awesome! It goes really well,” grins Paul, “it keeps up with my mate’s 350bhp Focus RS all day long!”

Next on Paul’s shopping list is a Quiafe ATB to help put all that newfound power down, along with some bigger brakes and coilover suspension. But don’t think all this power has seen the car stray from its daily duties, Paul still uses the car every day! Good man.
